Mr. Johnson: Good morning, Sophia. Thanks for coming in. Please, have a seat.
Sophia: Good morning, Mr. Johnson. Thank you for the opportunity.
Mr. Johnson: Your résumé says you led the social media team at your last company. Can you tell me more about that?
Sophia: Of course. I managed a team of four, and we grew the company’s following by sixty percent in one year.
Mr. Johnson: Impressive. What would you say is your greatest strength?
Sophia: I’d say I turn data into clear stories. Our best campaign came from studying what customers actually clicked on.
Mr. Johnson: And how do you handle tight deadlines?
Sophia: I break big projects into daily goals and keep the team informed, so there are no surprises.
Mr. Johnson: Great. We’ll be making a decision by Friday. Do you have any questions for me?
Sophia: Yes — what would success look like in this role during the first ninety days?
Mr. Johnson: An excellent question. Let’s talk about that.
