Repeat Set: Campus Tour Directions

A tour guide welcomes a group of visitors and points out the main landmarks on a walking tour of the campus. — hear each sentence, repeat it aloud immediately, then record the full set and compare. Sentences grow longer on purpose.

1. Welcome to our campus tour this morning.

2. We will begin our walk at the main gate.

3. The library is the tall building directly across the green.

4. After the science center, we will stop for questions by the fountain.

5. If you need the restroom, it is just inside the student union on your left.

6. At the end of the tour, feel free to visit any department that interests you most.

7. Before we head back, remember that the admissions office stays open until five, so you can pick up an application there.

🎙 Practice recorder

Record your answer, play it back, and compare it with the model. Recordings stay in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Method: one sentence at a time — listen once, repeat from memory (do not read while repeating), then check the text. Only read the sentences before your FIRST listen if you are at Foundation level.
