How to use each exercise

  1. Read the questions' stems quickly (30 seconds).
  2. Press play once. Take notes — never pause.
  3. Answer everything, then check. Your misses are classified by error type.
  4. Only then open the study pack: transcript, vocabulary, paraphrases, and the model notes.
  5. Re-listen while reading the transcript. That second pass is where the learning happens.
