Clara: Good evening! Welcome to the Harbor Hotel. How can I help you?
Michael: Hi, I have a reservation under the name Michael Reed for three nights.
Clara: Let me check… I see your reservation, but it shows a room with two twin beds.
Michael: That’s strange. I booked a king room online last week.
Clara: You’re right — I can see the king room in your confirmation email.
Michael: Is there any way to fix it? My wife is arriving tomorrow morning.
Clara: Of course. I’ll move you to a king room on the sixth floor at no extra charge.
Michael: That’s great. Does the room have a view of the river?
Clara: It does, and breakfast is included from seven to ten.
Michael: Perfect. Thank you for your help.
Clara: You’re welcome. Here’s your key card. The elevators are just around the corner.
